We can feel it coming, and if you are trying to stay oblivious the trees and plants will plainly show you. Fall is around the corner, and so we find ourselves at the edge of another seasonal transition. So very exciting. But mind that you don't expect to escape a transition yourself, and instead enjoy each day for what it is. We sincerely enjoyed the kitchen full of roasting tomatillos this week, and the pickled saffron ramps, and if you have not had freekah, tomorrow is an ideal time to try it. We hope you enjoy this seasonally sensational spread tomorrow, and look forward to seeing everyone at market! Take care, enjoy, and eat well. With love.
