Glorious summer fruit, magnificent summer vegetables. Our first flat of blueberries arrived this week, and we celebrated with cute little Apricot Blueberry Frangipane Tartlets. We also tasted our first sweet corn of the season just yesterday, and we're bringing some to you, grilled, in a refreshing pressed salad tomorrow. 

In the kitchen we've been very, very busy, but we still take time to appreciate what we've been given. This week we wanted to give a special mention to Muddy Fingers Farm, for delivering some of the finest chard we've ever seen! The leaves were so vibrant and colorful we couldn't keep from exclaiming. We hope you enjoy it in our Moroccan-Spiced Chickpeas this Saturday.
