We are delighted to have just received our first order of strawberries from Bright Raven Farm and Apiary this season! Formerly Red Tail Farm, Bright Raven is just a stone's throw away in Jacksonville, NY. Their berries are so divine that we've put them in three desserts and one drink recipe this week. Come to market and try a slice of our strawberry mousse cake with mint, or enjoy a refreshing cup of our strawberry lemon cooler!
