Per usual, as the the seasons change, so do our market menu items. However, our winter vegetable supply is dwindling and it feels right to alter more than just a few ingredients. So, we have added several new menu options to revamp things for spring! They are as follows:

  1. Chilled Miso Bowl - A refreshing miso broth with noodles, marinated tofu, and a variety of veggie toppings, including our homemade kimchi 
  2. Seasonal Salad Bowl - Fresh, locally grown greens* topped with prepared veggies, a grain, toasted nuts, and more! Toppings will vary each week
  3. Basic Platter - The same, tried and true option, with a bit of flexibility. From now on, you can choose 4 of anything (except noodles)!

*We look forward to our summer lettuces, which will be arriving this week courtesy of our friend Anna of Wild Apple Organic Produce. She's also our market neighbor, so if you are in need of some salad greens to take home, be sure to stop by her booth tomorrow!
