Isn't this a beautiful sight! This enormous basket of local, organic, heirloom tomatoes from Plow Break Farms has served us well this week. We served these luscious little gems last Tuesday market with our special sweet and spicy AJ's sauce, and had them for lunch with some wonderful vinegar, olive oil, and basil. The rest went into an amazing fresh tomato sauce for a vegan lasagna as part of a catered event this weekend. Tomato season is officially here so go get your tomatoes on.  Don't forget to go see Jah9 Sunday on the commons for a free concert and enjoy all the activities at the Get Lifted Festival.  Hope to see you at market tomorrow!
