Independence Day Weekend is here, bringing family and friends from near and far, to celebrate with BBQ's, picnics, potlucks, creek hikes, lake time, and other lovely ways. These will all most likely involve enjoying some delicious summer food as well. A fun and simple way to start the weekend is to stop by Steamboat landing for some produce, and to pick up your lunch or dish to pass  (we hear peanut lime noodles are quite poplular), and treat yourself to a slice of our Red White and Blue tart made with Elderflower cream!
